Meals On Wheels Atlanta

Meals on Wheels delivers nutritious meals along with a friendly hello to home-bound people unable to prepare their own food. This service is essential in order for many of our neighbors to remain independent. Morningside provides drivers for a route delivering prepared noon time meals to shut-ins.

Morningside volunteers pick up the food at First Presbyterian Church of Atlanta and deliver to MOWA’s clients in our neighborhood three days every week (Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays). Each route takes less than an hour. We always welcome new people to volunteer for a specific day each month, or to serve as a substitute driver when needed. Family Friendly!
